Fees/Commission Disclosure.

For the placement and service of an insurance program, we will generally receive commission-based compensation from insurance companies and/or wholesale intermediaries. The compensation received by us may differ depending on the product and the insurance company. We may receive additional contingent compensation from these insurance companies based upon other factors, such as the claims experience, growth in new business, retention of the business, premium volume, or for particular lines of insurance or categories of coverage, etc.
