On September 17, 2020, Governor Newsom of California signed new law, AB 685, which implements new additional reporting requirements beginning on January 1, 2021 regarding COVID-19 cases in the workplace. Join us as we partner with Workers’ Compensation and Cal/OSHA Defense Firm, Hanna Brophy, to break down what employers need to know about these critical new laws and regulations.
